Welcome to Small Town Chic Life

The town of Statesboro, Georgia home to Georgia Southern University is a beautiful place to live while advancing your higher education. Statesboro an up and coming town has much to offer students and residents. As a fashion enthusiast and lover of shoes, I find myself having fashion emergencies a few times a month; Mainly because I have to live on a budget and because there are very few places to shop in Statesboro.

This blog is a dedication to fellow fashionistas, like myself, who in times of a fashion crisis need to answer their 911 calls and find affordable outfits in a town of 12 boutiques.

  1. I enjoyed the forward and direct information about what your blog will be doing. This blog is very relatable for other broke college girls in this town, as well as mothers, and other women on a budget. I like that you picked a current hot trend, the Maxi, and posted pictures as well as prices and discounted for each. This will be an easy outlet for shoppers to read before stepping foot in the stores and knowing upfront what they want!
I think it would be interesting if you including the service of each of these boutiques, as well as the quality of the clothing! Awesome work:)

  2. I love maxi dresses! I’m always excited when they come back in style. I never really shop at any of the little boutiques in town, just mainly sticking to department stores, but I might have to check some of these places out. You do a good job of letting us know about shops we might not even know about, and what they carry – also, student discounts are a major bonus! Things like that might be the difference between a student scrolling past and deciding to stop and check it out.
